Al Tanmyah Services L.L.C., a subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank, strives to offer the best services in the facilities management sector. Established in 2001, the organisation has a portfolio of 140-plus clients to date, including Dubai Islamic Bank, Landmark Group, McDonalds, Emirates Post, Sun and Sands, and Community Development Authority (CDA), with 18 specialised services. These include cleaning, maintenance, interior fit-outs, security and staff outsourcing, to name a few.
What makes the company stand out is its dedication to quality, international standards, eco-friendly practices across its offerings. According to a spokesperson, Al Tanmyah plans to integrate three new products, namely pest control, car wash and water tank cleaning services.
In terms of accolades, Al Tanmyah was awarded the "Best Services Holder" by the Community Development Authority (CDA), as well as the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award hosted by the Department of Economic Development.
Keeping in line with Dubai's vision of transforming into a smart city, Al Tanmyah has implemented a software-based system to keep track of its services digitally. The digital transition is set to ease the flow of tasks and add convenience, when it comes to tracking work, maintaining records, as well as keeping up with feedback from customer to ensure improvement and quality offerings.
